I am very excited to share my experience and expertise in breathwork and meditation.

Each session is crafted to help you achieve the highest benefits from breathing practice

One class lasts 1.5 hours. Initially, I ask questions and check my client’s breathing performance. Then, we proceed with specific exercises. We do the exercises together with my lead. After practice, we meditate together, and at the end, we have a short sharing circle.

My approach to breathwork and meditation coaching is gentle and gradual, focusing on unlocking our body’s potential and moving energy with all respect to its limitation. Unlike ‘rebirthing’ or ‘shamanic breathwork’, my aim is to improve breathing performance, break dysfunctional patterns, and enhance overall well-being instead of release buildup of emotional energy (but it can happened as well).
